12 high schools, 23 seniors, 3 photographers, 1 videographer, a beautiful location and generous vendors equals one unforgettable day!

Back in February Amanda Shrader reached out to myself and Brandi Wimer Photography to see if we could team up and do this project together. As we all know 2020 and 2021 have been difficult years to say the least, especially on our high school seniors. We thought why not offer these students a free photo session? Then it grew… Amanda owns now over 50 long, beautiful skirts that is a part of her #TheSkirtProject so why not include those for the girls to wear. Then it grew more! We got the community involved and asked some small businesses if they would be willing to contribute towards this project? They really showed up!

Amanda, Brandi and I spent time on facetime, texting and emailing all of our ideas and contributions. I think it’s pretty neat that not all 3 of us had ever met in person at the same time until the day of the event. We technically held this event on April 3rd and I am just now blogging about it, oops!
